Best Brunch Restaurants in Little Tokyo

That was the best meal I’ve ever experienced. Every dish had layers of flavors that were so delightful. I don’t have a refined palate to know where all of the flavors were coming from, but each bite was savored and appreciated. We ordered the naan, green beans, beets, chick peas fritters, poke, bass, short ribs noodles, pork belly, sesame cookie ice cream and the sundae. For drinks we had the goat fashioned, espresso martini, spa day, bees knees, and some Cadillac’s. There were four of us and there wasn’t a morsel left on any plate. The service was very friendly, attentive, comfortable and informative. The ONLY thing I would do different is make sure to get the naan first to scrape up every last bit of every sauce. If I could’ve gotten away with it I would have licked each plate clean ;) I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for a very long time and tonight did not disappoint. I loved watching Chef Stephanie on Top Chef but have never had the chance to taste her food. And until tonight I’d never realized how truly elevated and special her dishes are. Wonderful brunch at Red Bird. We enjoyed the service and the food very much. It is so nice to relax and enjoy good food in a beautiful setting without feeling rushed. The menu is a great mix of sweet and savory items; the portions are ample enough to share if you feel like a bite of both. Looking forward to returning soon.

The food was really good, but I would prefer if they included coffee and tea with the brunch price. I was told there was a dress code but when we got there, everybody was very casual so I was confused. The staff was not very friendly, but the service was good and our food was good.

Our 2nd time here and still just as good as we remember! We brought friends here so they could try it and they had a great experience.

Who doesn't love a limited-time weekend affair where reservations are as essential as your morning coffee? Trust me, you'll want to secure your spot in advance to avoid the dreaded waitlist of doom. As for the menu, prepare to be swept off your feet by the ocean trout tartare – it's a love letter to seafood that even Poseidon would approve of. The burrata is a creamy delight with delight cucumber that will make you question why you've ever eaten anything else. And then, there's the French toast, a carbohydrate devil that could easily moonlight as dessert. If you're someone who finds carbohydrates utterly captivating (and let's be honest, who isn't?), Manual LA is your carb-laden paradise.
