Great vibe and ambiance coupled with fantastic food and service

Everything was great…except for service, which was sporadic at times. It was Valentine’s Day and they were busy at our reservation time (5:30). I had to ask 3 times for Splenda for my iced tea. I really appreciated a chef coming out to talk about food allergies too!

We went to celebrate Valentine’s Day with another couple and took advantage of the special. It was our first time and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The food was tasty and the restaurant is very pretty. The manager even stopped by to check on us. We’ll definitely return.

Our first time at Whiskey Cake. First of all make reservations; it is very popular. We had reservations and were seated promptly. Our server was Carter and he was excellent; no rush but attentive without over doing it. The food was very good, lots of flavor and portions were not skimpy. We ordered the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer and it was very good, beer battered with a spicy dipping sauce. We shared our main dishes and both of us liked both each others meals as well. I got the Chicken and Waffles and my wife got the fish and chips. Of course we spilt the Whiskey cake dessert and it was amazing; we may try it with Baileys next time to change it up a little. We highly recommend Whiskey Cake.

It was our first time at the Culinary Dropout. We loved the place. Food was awesome. Menu had something for any palate and the quality of the ingredients were top notch. We kept looking at other tables for what people ordered and everything look so good. We will definitively be back!!!
