Best International Restaurants in Scrub Island

We made our dinner reservation online and arrived to find parking a bit challenging due to the high season. However, once inside, we were warmly greeted by the hostess, who was incredibly friendly. He immediately acknowledged the special occasion we were celebrating, which was a nice touch. To start, we ordered two shareable appetizers, a mix of hot and cold plates, along with some drinks. Our waiter was fantastic, offering great recommendations, which led us to choose the Seared Wahoo and Tamarind Ribs for our main courses. Both dishes were outstanding, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Beautiful plating of all the dishes and drinks. For dessert, we indulged in the creme brulee, and it was absolutely spectacular being rich, creamy, and perfectly caramelized. We may have been skipped over a few times by the waiter but it was pretty busy. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food made for an exceptional dining experience. We’d definitely return!

We had the best experience at the Sugarcane Grille! The view was beautiful, the food was delicious, the drinks were strong, and everyone who was working was absolutely wonderful! We were in Puerto Rico and our friends surprised us with a trip to Saint Thomas for our anniversary. We chose to have dinner here and we’re so glad that we did! Everyone at the Sugarcane Grille was so welcoming and made us feel so special when they found out we were celebrating an anniversary. It is a night we will cherish for the rest of our lives. And if you’re visiting around St. Patricks Day, make sure to ask for a Black Velvet!
