I highly recommend seeking her out. The wine tasting is an excellent value and a lot of fun. My guests enjoyed themselves thoroughly and several bought bottles of wine. We then had dinner and Patrick was our server who was FANTASTIC. He handled our large group like a pro. No delays on food or drinks and the food was delicious. I’ll definitely ask for him again—a real pro. I’ve been to Cooper’s Hawk many times so I usually know what I’m getting with the food and wine, so for me, it comes down to the service. We both had the butternut squash soup, amazing. My husband had the salmon and I had the short ribs. Everything cooked perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about the drink menu. So many delicious choices. They make the best espresso martini I’ve ever had. My husband had a mezcal drink that was to die for.
