Best American Restaurants in Goulds

Chateaubriand was magnificent as usual. Not sure there is a better steak in town. Got a nice big salad. Service listened and was accommodating. Thank you.

Our server had a great attitude and was very nice, but the service was extremely slow. We ordered appetizers and entrees almost immediately as we were seated. Appetizers came out quickly, but our entrees took almost 40 minutes to arrive. The restaurant didn't look very busy so not sure why it took so long.

Great location. Loved the ambiance. Fantastic, innovative menu with delicious food to match. But must say the best part of our brunch was the service. Really outstanding. On short list of places to get back to soon!

Beauty and the Butcher is truly a completely remarkable dinning experience. From their ambience which is mellow but elegant and romantic yet not stuffy, to the consistency of excellence in their service whether it be at the bar or through their incredible wait staff to what is really an incredible assortment and arrangement of exquisite bites, plates, tastings, cocktails and wines. In what is a very over saturated, over stated and over priced dining scene in Miami. Beauty and the Butcher delivers extremely high quality and consistency in a flavorful dining experience.
