To dine at Musso & Frank’s Grill is to have an experience like no other in LA: old world style, dishes that have long since disappeared from the menus of any other of its competitors and the pleasure of knowing that one is dining in a space that has probably catered for virtually every great name ever to have graced Hollywood in the course of the past century. Mastro’s Ocean Club in Downtown LA does it again. The Service, Food, and ambiance were incredible. Located directly across the street from the Crypto Arena, Mastro’s makes for a good choice before a Laker Game. Our waiter, Chris, was very attentive and the live music was outstanding. We enjoyed our Martini’s, the spicy Mambo salad, Filet, mushrooms, and baked potato with caviar. If you’re looking forward to a high end meal before visiting Crypto, I highly recommend Mastro’s .
