We started with the Beet Salad and Grigliata mista. My wife loves beet salad and if it’s on the menu, she can’t resist! I was fabulous! Those beets along with, pistachio’s and arugula, and the creamy, wonderful cheese underneath. Holy Cow! Delicious. I wasn’t expecting the Griglia Mista to be fried, but it was wonderful. Very light breading and the dipping sauce was out perfect. Home run on the apps. Those plates were cleared and then 3 perfectly sized garlic rolls came straight from Heaven…I mean the kitchen. Some restaurants give baseball or softball sized rolls. Too big…these were perfectly sized and flavored. Left plenty of room for the meal. For the meal entree, I had the pasta special with shrimp, mussels, and clams. Home made noodles and a perfect sauce. My wife had the salmon piccata - She loved every bite. Everything was prepared spot on. We will be going back to Camille’s. There was a 3 course pre fixe menu and everything was delicious.
