Named after one of the first restaurants constructed in Hawai'i, by a Portuguese businessman named Peter Fernandez, Eating House pays homage to the popular casual eateries of the mid 19th century that incorporated a medley of flavors from the Island's growing and diverse communities.Please call the restaurant to make reservations for parties of 5 or more. For parties of 10 or more we require credit card information to hold the reservation, and follow a 48 hour cancellation/no show policy; any cancellations withing 48 hours of your reservation date, or not showing up to a reservation will result in a charge of $20 per person.

Our kitchen uses only the freshest, seasonal ingredients supporting our local farmers and fishermen.     Beach House is always a go-to favorite for our whole family when we are on Kaua’i. It was our first night on island and we were all excited to go. Beach House did not disappoint! Nate was our server (excellent service!) and the food and ambiance were perfection. We were able to watch from our table as the sky changed colors as the sun set. Wr had the lobster deviled eggs (delish!) the poke tacos (always a favorite), the lobster/seafood pasta (two orders of that because it’s so good) and our son had a filet mignon which he said was delicious. Can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough. We will continue to go back again and again!

    From the moment the valet took our vehicle, we were taken care of immediately and attentively, not only with their service but with their smiles as well. at every point of our evening here we were greeting with welcoming smiles. our seating hostess was quick and attentive and our waitress was top notch! She was so helpful with the menu and took care of our every need. From the drinks and appetizers to the dessert, every dish was not only delicious, but beautiful! This was a simple date night for my wife and I while on the island, but the service and quality of the staff, food, and atmosphere at Red Salt elevated this to a truly memorable experience!
