Wilo Eatery and Bar offers an outstanding dining experience where every dish is a celebration of flavor and creativity. From start to finish, we were impressed! We started with the Gouda Cheese “Bolitas” paired with a delightful Guava BBQ sauce. The crispy exterior and creamy interior, combined with the sweet and tangy sauce, made this appetizer unforgettable. For the main courses, I had the Angus Beef Tenderloin “Bistec Encebollado,” a perfectly cooked tenderloin served with onions and a butter vinegar jus—a savory and rich combination that was simply exquisite. My wife enjoyed the Pasta Bolognese, a comforting and flavorful dish with cream cheese, a vibrant salsa roja, amarillos, and melted mozzarella cheese. The balance of sweet plantains and hearty Bolognese sauce made it a unique and delicious creation. We ended our meal with a sampling of four incredible desserts: the rich and velvety Pikayo Cheese Flan, the refreshingly tart Bottom Crust Key Lime “Pie,” the indulgent Chocolate Decadence with raspberry coulis and caramel, and the Fudge Brownie topped with salted caramel and vanilla ice cream. Each dessert was a treat for the senses! The restaurant’s ambiance is chic and inviting, perfect for a special night out, and the staff provided exceptional service, ensuring we had a wonderful experience. The food was expectacular!!! Personnel treatment was awesome!! It is a quiet place to have a good conversation with nice ocean view. I recommend this place to everybody. 10/10.
