As a restaurant manager myself, I tend to scrutinize dining experiences with the precision of a food critic and the paranoia of a health inspector. That said… this place knocked it out of the park! The food? Unreal. The service? Impeccable. The atmosphere? A perfect blend of lively and cozy. Let’s talk about the seafood paella—so good it could make a grown man cry. The crispy calamari? Hands down, the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot). The meat and cheese board was a masterpiece, setting the stage for the grand finale: the Brisket Montaditos—little bites of pure flavor explosion. Every dish had me questioning why I don’t eat here daily. Our server, Ashley, was a rockstar—attentive, friendly, and somehow always there before we even realized we needed something. She kept our table pristine like she was setting up for a Michelin-star review. And let’s not forget Oliver, the manager, who clearly runs a tight ship. He and his team are absolutely killing it.
