Out server, Aiden had actually served us at another restaurant so we were pleasantly surprised to see him at Downtown Kitchen. Extremely personable young man with an incredible memory for Detail. Everyone made our Valentine's Dinner awesome. The Fig bourbon is delicious. Trevor was a great waiter and was responsive to our table. 1st course - beef tartare for me and jumbo shrimp for my wife were great. 2nd course - she crab soup and the duck confit spinach salad were very tasty. Entrees - Salmon Oscar cooked beautifully as was my wife's broiled seafood platter. The mashed potatoes were very creamy and tasty. Dessert - the warm butter cake was delicious. We have never had a bad experience and no matter what dish we try, it is SO flavorful. The ambience with live music was fantastic. But the icing on the cake and definitely a game changer was the attentiveness and energy of our server Eddie. Speechless!!!. I’ve traveled many places and I can’t say I’ve had service this spectacular. When I come back it’ll def be with the request of Eddie as my server. Great job Hals!
