We loved our first meal at Chop! Professional and courteous from beginning to end. We were quickly serviced by their team and were very impressed with our waitress, Amanda. Our Prime Rib was absolutely delicious, and the noise level was appreciated where I could easily hear my husband but enjoyed the positive community ambiance. Overall, the food was good but I ordered a filet mignon that was not cooked properly. Ordinarily, I would not complain about that but it has happened in our last visit as wel so this is the reason I am given them a 3 for the quality of the food as my steak was blue instead of medium rare.
