Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Banff

Hotel is beautiful. We went to vermilion for a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner, but the atmosphere was more energetic rather than romantic. The food was fabulous and delicious! Service was great!

Sebastian was a wonderful server. I’d recommend going early and during the week as we had a lovely window seat. Great teas and a pianist that played an eclectic range of musicians sic for all tastes.

This is the best restaurant that I have ever dined in. Beef tenderloin was the best dish I have ever tasted; everything about it was amazing. Even though it says 4 course meals together it was about 9, so keep that in mind if you’re ordering the 7 course one. They even gave a pumpkin cake to enjoy for the next day. Service was also best of the best. Even though Canada doesn’t follow the Michelin guide this is probably a 2-star Michelin restaurant if you’re looking for a comparison. Please do me a favour and come to Eden!!!

This place was amazing. The food was flavoured perfectly and meat was so tender. Definitely coming here often when visiting. It topped the experience of other high end restaurants we went to. Loved it.
