- RRexWashington, D.C. Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoSuperb, as usual. The carrot sformato was an unusual find and quite delicious. The addition of olives to the blood orange and fennel salad hit just the right acid note, Mama’s meatballs were pure beef with a strong dash of anise seed, and the accompanying marinara had been simmering for ages to pick up that deep complexity of flavors and great balance between sweet and slightly acid.More infoThe Pink DoorPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Belltown / Pike Place Market•4.8
- VVenkySeattle / Eastern Washington •6 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoReally enjoyed the food and ambience at Spinasse. There were good options on the menu for a vegetarian family. Our waiter, Heather was awesome and very knowledgeable about vegetarian choices and helped make the right choices. A little bit disappointed that 2 desserts on the menu contain pork gelatin, but there were 3 other desserts to choose from. Again, Heather was awesome in steering us in the right direction. Overall a great experience for a special family dinner!More infoSpinassePrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Capitol Hill / First Hill•4.8

We love how the restaurant is tucked into the main building and the secure parking garage below. The food is always perfect and the staff knows exactly what wine to pair. We love the bar since it’s cozy and the tables have a bench seat on one side. The bar is beautiful and perfectly lit. The dessert tray is the best - we love how they bring it over so you can see what each one is!More infoIl Terrazzo CarminePrice: Expensive• Italian• Pioneer Square•4.8
- CCassandraPhoenix / Arizona •2 reviews5.0Dined on 26 Dec 2024A huge thank you to Melissa and all of the staff at Il Bistro for making our Christmas day dinner such a delicious and magical event! Our family was flying from Phoenix to Anchorage and wanted to stop and see my parents in Seattle… the Christmas dinner at Il Bistro was the perfect place to meet and enjoy time (and amazing food) together! But it required a lot of coordination, since our layover was only 4.5 hours - a tight window to get off the plane, into a cab, speed downtown, and get into the restaurant in time to meet my 80-year-old parents for our 5:30 PM reservation, and since reservations booked up so quickly, we had no room for error. Fortunately, Melissa helped us coordinate everything…it seemed the entire staff knew of our situation and was ready to help, treating my parents graciously, assisting them with nearby parking when they arrived, and seating them comfortably at our quiet corner table overlooking the restaurant so they could see us as soon as we came in. Such a gift! And the food was so delicious! Truly an unforgettable night 💕 Thank you Il Bistro!More infoIL BISTROPrice: Expensive• Italian• Belltown / Pike Place Market•4.6
