I was with my mum so tried hers as well as eating mine and every piece of food was mouthwatering from the starters to the main course and dessert, I mean even the vegetable sides like the cabbage were delicious! The meat (I had rib beef and my mum the venison) was very tender, all sauces were so flavoursome but subtle rather than strong tasting, just flawless really. My chocolate dessert was luscious yet not too rich, my mum had the banana soufflé which she said was a soufflé like no other. The garden is big so we could take it in turns keeping a toddler occupied. Food was very pleasant, great to have a good old fashioned Sunday roast as well. Staff very nice and attentive.
