Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Ferntree Gully

The meal at the old worldly King Henry's was superb, good ole English grub, even with a nod to the bygone era by having prawn cocktails as a starter in original mollusc glassware was fantastic, a real throwback to the 70's. The food was absolutely large, in portions and n taste, I had the traditional roast pork, and my wife had bangers and mash. Absolutely wonderful interior dining spaces all over the place, and a fabulous set of paths to wander after you've eaten, in the beautiful Dandenong's and trees everywhere. 'One issue was that the cocktails were probably not their finest work, could have been better. Food delicious, Guiness in old fashioned glassware to a treat, desserts to die for. Great place for a visit.

Food, services and atmosphere were excellent. From the manager to the young man who served our table who is relatively new to the team but has a great understanding of customer care. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was delicious, courses spaced very well, staff friendly and attentive, great atmosphere, a little overpriced though.
