Our restaurant focuses on sustainable meat culture in the Italian tradition. We particularly value the butcher's trade. The cattle of our long-time friend and supplier, star butcher Dario Cecchini, graze in the Pyrenees nature reserve at an altitude of 1,800 meters. We source our products from small farmers in Italy, whose product quality stands out from the average due to their appreciation of traditions and good protection of nature and animal products.The menu is inspired by the cuisine of northern Italy in particular but we are always open to new ideas. Our chef Amodio Iezza lends his special touch to each dish, creating unusual combinations and artistic arrangements.
