Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Forest Row

Very nice evening at Essence the staff were very lovely, the setting was beautiful, we had the tasting menu the food was very good, the only area we felt was a shame was the base layer in the sauces with each meal was the same notes in spice etc it would have been nice to have had different tastes throughout the menu but was still very good. So delicious and innovative throughout. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection (Ribeye which I highly recommend), the sides were creative and tasty and the waiting staff were incredible and attentive. Extra thanks to Archie for cooking the amazing food and keeping us entertained at the bar whilst we ate. Definitely returning again… and again… and again.

Amazing food and service, both during the day as a cafe and in the evening as a restaurant. The food is lovely and fresh and service is great. It is definitely my ‘go to’ place in Horley
