The staff was attentive and prompt. 3.Steak Presentation: We ordered a steak for two; my spouse requested medium-well, while I preferred medium-rare. When the steak was brought to our table, a young and talented server carefully sliced the meat and continued cooking it with rosemary, thyme, and brandy. This tableside preparation ensured that both of our preferred doneness levels were perfectly achieved, adding an impressive touch to the meal. 4.Wine Selection: We sought the assistance of the sommelier when choosing our wine. Excellent in every way. Especially efficient, kind, courteous and helpful was our waiter. I believe his name was Ramani, not sure of the spelling, but he was a refugee from Afghanistan.
