Our restaurant focuses on sustainable meat culture in the Italian tradition. We particularly value the butcher's trade. The cattle of our long-time friend and supplier, star butcher Dario Cecchini, graze in the Pyrenees nature reserve at an altitude of 1,800 meters. We source our products from small farmers in Italy, whose product quality stands out from the average due to their appreciation of traditions and good protection of nature and animal products.The menu is inspired by the cuisine of northern Italy in particular but we are always open to new ideas. Our chef Amodio Iezza lends his special touch to each dish, creating unusual combinations and artistic arrangements.     Obsessed with this place. Food was incredible, came over from Dublin for the weekend so glad we got this as a recommendation. Go early and grab some snacks and drinks by the bar

    The menu was simple yet the food was point on, fresh, ingredients were delicate. One of my favorites were the green beans - it was simple the crunchiness was a surprise, one could taste the freshness of the beans combined with the drizzle of olive oil. Likewise with the hint of Orange oil drizzled on the baked pumpkin and feta with the raw sprouts. The stracciatella was also amazing with the baked aubergine, and verve sauce. The freshness of the tomatoes came through, making the creaminess less heavy, leaving the palette fresh. Service was superb.
