Reservation was held to what I requested and was nice to see and interact with manager as she checked in being it was our first time. The location we were at was by the stand up section so there were some people a lot louder than we would have liked but overall the service was amazing as well as food. She had phenomenal menu knowledge and flawless recommendations throughout our meal (drinks, apps, entrees, and desserts). The ambiance seemed more like a casual neighborhood place and felt a little cold. Do not let that fool you!! The food was absolutely fantastic. Every element thoughtfully paired and prepared. Ordered shortrib potstickers which were very overcooked and had to return. Reordered them a second time and the manager (Gabby) immediately came to table and said she would personally oversee the chef prepare this time. They came back perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. We ordered scallops and rotisserie chicken and both were delicious. Gabby comped us two glasses of bubbly and was very gracious. Definitely going to go back with a larger party next time.
