Best Authentic Restaurants in Ballston Spa

We went for Sunday brunch. Our table was ready, the service was excellent, the ambience reflected the down home feel of a southern restaurant with an emphasis on jazz histoty and the restaurants many years in Saratoga, the horse racing mecca. Food was fresh, tasty, and not overspiced. The price was right. So yes, compared to most places that try to be something they're not or overcharge for average fare, Hattie's was the kind of experience most of us look for when we eat out.

Second experience here and this time as a table to three. We shared some tapas, butter beans, Brussels sprouts, steak, prawns, chorizo and fried potatoes and it was all delicious. Our guest loved it and said they'd also be back. Service was excellent and attentive, when my mother was unsure if she'd like the Sangria she let her have a taste before buying one of us doesn't like cinnamon so they made a churro for us with no cinnamon sugar and added just that one to the side. They really went above and beyond and we will definitely be back!!

Food and service were great. Everyone enjoyed their dinner and all agreed we will return.

As usual, the staff at La Fiesta makes the night a blast! The service is impeccable, and the food is amazing. Ask for Rudy and you won't be disappointed.
