Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida. I have eaten at the restaurant several times over the past five years, and it has never disappointed me. The steaks are amazing, and the appetizers and main course accompaniments also never disappoint. Long story short, it is worth the trip and a good value, considering the quality of the meats.

Lauren our server was very outstanding and personable. She was very pleasant and understanding she checked on our table, even tho she had a big a*** station but not intrusive. She needs a raise. PERIOD from your credit card girls.
