Awesome experience! The food was excellent! Our waiter Gerard was awesome.

Everything was excellent and as expected from previous experience but not providing bread to the table as a courtesy and charging 10 bucks for it was a little cheap on their part.

I took my husband to Sugar Factory for his birthday. It was both of our first time there. Our server recommended the ribeye steak that is not on the menu, but it did not disappoint! It was the largest ribeye I have ever eaten. The drinks were potent. And the birthday dessert had the best ice cream that I’ve have tasted in a very long time. I jokingly call my husband a ‘food snob’ because he is very critical about all restaurant food. He was extremely happy with everything that we were served. The staff even did the Soak City dance for a large party. We had a great time. Thank you Sugar Factory for a wonderful evening.

Everything was wonderful with two exceptions: 1) smell of weed was overwhelming as I and my guests entered the building . 2) waitress did not inform guests that there was 20% gratuity already included, this some of us overpaid as we split the bill evenly. She let folks add another tip without saying anything and it wasn’t caught until the 3rd person was about to pay.
