Best Seasonal Restaurants in Wadhurst

Very nice evening at Essence the staff were very lovely, the setting was beautiful, we had the tasting menu the food was very good, the only area we felt was a shame was the base layer in the sauces with each meal was the same notes in spice etc it would have been nice to have had different tastes throughout the menu but was still very good. We dined on a very quiet Wednesday evening in this delightfully renovated inn. I'm sure it would be heaving during the day especially at weekends as there were lots of areas outside overlooking the views. Our server was great and we were all pleased with our food having struggled to decide which of the appetizing choices to go for. We hope to go back for a return visit soon.
