- MMartinHampshire •21 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI cannot fault this place. Every time we go the food is amazing. The staff are always welcoming and attentive. I had the Fillet steak and it was perfectly cooked. My husband had the fish and chips which he said was delicious. Enjoyed it so much we are going back tonight with our friends.More infoThe Cricketers InnPrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• Bishops Waltham•4.6

- VVivienHampshire •2 reviews4.0Dined on 4 Feb 2025First visit, will defo call again. Food took a little time but that was because it was freshly cooked. Large portions and also had a pudding so now can barely move 😀. The young man behind the bar was very friendly, helpful and efficient.More infoJolly RogerPrice: Moderate• Pub• Gosport•4.2

- PPhilipHampshire •1 review4.0Dined on 19 Sept 2024Just a few niggles, with food Ham Hock terrine lovely but pickles very sharp would have been better with sweet pickle or apple chutney. Fish and Chips excellent but all piled on top needed a bigger plate had to eat through fish to get to chips. Cheese Board All the crackers were the same and not particularly good, no grapes just slices of very sour apple and no pickle the gherkin and picalilli from the terrine would have been perfect here. All in All the quality of the food was excellent but 🤷 Also the music that was playing was depressing, a recording of someone doing very bad covers of what originally were miserable songsMore infoHoratio's Restaurant at Royal Maritime HotelPrice: Moderate• British• Portsmouth•4.7
