We are very proud of our historic location, hence naming the restaurant after the year the world-famous Brooklands racetrack was built and opened. The restaurant interior reflects the area’s heritage with a 1920s and 30s inspired décor and when combined with modern service delivery as well as award winning food, we provide a contemporary dining experience for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. We are a dog-friendly pub as long as they are with well-behaved hoomans but do not allow dogs in our dining area if you would like to bring a four-legged friend please let us know and we can seat you in our bar area. Luckily enough, we are lucky to have a car park just across the road if you are coming from afar. We are now an Over21 pub only, please bear this in mind.

Executive Chef Mr Alamin l-b-n Aftab was headhunted by Joy’s Managing Director and previously worked for the prestigious Taj Hotel Group and some of the UK’s top Indian restaurants. His menu includes familiar favourites like chicken jalfrezi and lamb rogan josh, alongside some house specialties like Nali Gosth (lamb shank marinated with spices, onion and tomato) and chicken green masala – a Goan curry made with fresh coriander, mint and coconut milk.
