Opting for the 5-course tasting menu during our visit on Wednesday evening, we were treated to a journey of flavours that were as refined as they were inventive. Each dish was a testament to the creative genius of Chef Aktar Islam and his team, blending traditional Indian influences with modern techniques in ways that delighted the senses. From the very first bite, it was clear that each plate had been crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The BEST Sunday lunch yet again! Can not fault anything about this place! Amazing food, excellent service and overall just fantastic! Already booked to come back!

This was our first visit to the Lion and we had booked for Sunday lunch. Whilst the quality of the food was very good one slice of meat didn’t quite just justify £22 in our opinion. Overall the service was good, it was a busy restaurant and the staff you could see were working hard. The rest of the meal was good and we intend to visit again.

Lovely Time. Food Was Good. Starters was lovely. A Little Dissappointed With The Sanpei Chicken For The Main, it was bland and the chicken tasted boiled. no flavour. however the Nyonya Lamb was delicious
