Opting for the 5-course tasting menu during our visit on Wednesday evening, we were treated to a journey of flavours that were as refined as they were inventive. Each dish was a testament to the creative genius of Chef Aktar Islam and his team, blending traditional Indian influences with modern techniques in ways that delighted the senses. From the very first bite, it was clear that each plate had been crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The balance of flavours, the textures, and the presentation were flawless—elevating every course into a work of art. It was impossible to pick a favourite dish as every course brought something unique to the table, showcasing a remarkable depth of culinary skill. The service was equally impeccable. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, their knowledge of the dishes and wine pairings enhancing the entire experience. Having been to the Ivy Cardiff a number of times, Ivy Asia was a different eating experience with the same quality and ambience. A Wednesday lunchtime with a friend, we chose the lunch deal which was excellent value. The food was beautifully presented and very tasty with a touch of spice. Service was extremely good and pre lunch cocktails at the bar were expertly made. I did like that the beautiful washrooms were on ground floor level. Overall it was a very good lunch.

The BEST Sunday lunch yet again! Can not fault anything about this place! Amazing food, excellent service and overall just fantastic! Already booked to come back!

Always enjoyable to visit the Seven Stars whether eating or just having a drink. The staff are all lovely.
