- UUilaniHawaii •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThis place is simply amazing. Our waitress was so sweet. She was so knowledgeable about all menu items. We have been meaning to try this place for a while and never got a chance to. I saw their James Beard special on TV and finally got a chance ro try them last week. We just HAD to return again this week. They are just that good. We will keep returning again and again. Their Caesar salad dressing (as our waitress says) is DRINKABLE! SERIOUSLY! That thing is ridiculous!! The Kaua'i shrimp special (we may be a little biased) was so 'ono. The shrimp dish and risotto dish was so flavorful. Everything we ordered was just so mouth watering! Go, go, go, go,go!!! This place is a MUST visit. Worth the parking hassle. Lol. Find it on the street or st the end of the road in the paid parking lot.More infoFêtePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Honolulu•4.8
- EEddievipLos Angeles •18 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoExcellent service and food. I had the grand experience for $205 and loved it. If you don’t want to spend that much money get the salmon. Wife ordered it and it was incredible, best salmon dish I’ve ever had. The dishes they used for every course were incredible as well.More infoHoku'sPrice: Very Expensive• Hawaiian Regional• Honolulu•4.6
- AAlanMichaelvipHawaii •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWow, where have I been? This is a great, high quality, friendly, tasty, comfortable place to eat. The organic chicken in cast iron was one of the best chicken meals I’ve ever eaten in my life. It reminded me of the chicken at a chain restaurant in Japan called Ajitoya. The Beet salad was one of the first salads I’ve eaten that wasn’t overwhelming with one particular item. Even if you don’t like beets, there is enough of other flavors to fall in love with. It has the perfect mix of flavors that work well together. Chocolate Purse for dessert? Don’t bother sharing, get your own…lol. Only small complaint would be it’s a tad bit on the pricier side, but my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here. Our server was great, and you really get a sense that the entire staff that works here, works well together. Lots of smiling faces and cohesiveness from the team. I even saw the hostess walking around helping servers to fill up water. This is a top 5 restaurant in the entire Ward/ Waikiki area, don’t hesitate to go, you will enjoy it very much.More infoMerriman's HonoluluPrice: Expensive• Hawaiian Regional• Honolulu•4.8
- OTOpenTable DinerJacksonville / Northeast Florida •1 review5.0Dined on 13 Nov 2024I did the vegan tasting menu and my husband did the meat tasting menu and they were both incredible. You cannot share because the portions are small but the flavor is worth it. We added on the wine pairing and it was all very well thought out!More infonatuRe waikikiPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French• Waikiki•4.7
- OTOpenTable DinerLos Angeles •4 reviews5.0Dined on 13 Nov 2024My husband I, fortunately, saw on the news that it was Honolulu Restaurant Week where they showed the carbonara. We booked right away to celebrate our 15th anniversary. The prix fixe menu was definitely one of the best we’ve had. Started with the caviar, that was so amazing. Each course that came after just got better and better. Lobster bisque was exquisite, caprese salad was so fresh and delicious. The lobster pasta would be my favorite, if I had to choose…but everything was just so good. My husband got the carbonara and he loved the richness of it. then comes the short rib that was so flavorful and tender. We had 2 desserts, the frangipane and the special anniversary dessert that was a beautiful cake encased in sugar dome. The flavors are just so wonderful in the palate. We also had the wine pairing that enhanced the whole dining experience. Most definitely though, Ken took care of us, and made it a very memorable night. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back next time we visit Honolulu and will recommend this place to everyone we know.More infoArancino at The KahalaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Honolulu•4.8
