Best Fun Restaurants in Hawaii Kai

There’s a reason this place has won awards for best Italian restaurant in Hawaii. They’ve taken simple Italian dishes and elevated them to something really special, without charging obscene prices. The Caprese salad was the most flavorful one I’ve ever had in my life — and I eat that dish A LOT! The Parmesan risotto was outstanding (in addition to being prepared tableside in a very cool way); and the “deconstructed” tiramisu was perfection. Best of all, my server, Diego, was lovely and attentive but never overbearing, which helped put me at ease as I dined alone. Do not miss the special place!

Despite reading bad reviews, I made a reservation anyway as this has been on my list of speakeasy’s to go to. Yours Truly did not disappoint. They were complete opposite of the bad reviews. Service was amazing from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Everything was explained in detail which made us feel comfortable and confident. Few selections for food but it was definitely good food. The drinks were absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this if you’re looking for a cute speakeasy experience.

This was an exceptional dining experience. The service, chef and overall staff were outstanding in every way. The food was plentiful and delicious. Management checked on us throughout the meal to ensure our satisfaction. This is an exceptional restaurant and I highly recommend.

Chef Joe and our server Jack were both wonderful! I’ve been to many hibachi restaurants all over the country and this was the BEST experience ever. The food was incredible and Joe had tricks I had never seen before. It was a night to remember and a highlight of our trip to Hawaii.

Arancini never disappoints!! Truly a taste of Italy! Spaghetti pomodoro and lasagna were delicious! Service spot on after each course. Always a must whenever we’re in Honolulu!
