## Cane Rosso: A Slice of Italy in the Heart of Arlington Cane Rosso brings the vibrant flavors of Italy to Arlington, Texas, with its wood-fired pizzas and delectable Italian dishes. Nestled in a former fuel station, the restaurant retains its industrial charm while offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. The star of the show is undoubtedly the pizza. Made with handmade dough and fresh, authentic ingredients, each pizza is cooked to perfection in a 900-degree oven, imported from Italy. From classic Margherita to the adventurous "Honey Bastard" with its spicy-sweet combination of soppressata, bacon marmalade, and habanero-infused honey, there's a pizza to tantalize every taste bud. But Cane Rosso is more than just pizza. Their menu boasts a variety of other Italian delights, including fresh pasta dishes like the decadent Truffle Carbonara and the comforting Spaghetti & Meatballs. Don't miss out on their delectable appetizers, like the crispy Artichokes Classique and the cheesy Fried Nuggz. Whether you're looking for a casual lunch, a romantic dinner, or a fun night out with friends, Cane Rosso offers a memorable dining experience. In the 1950's our grandfather, Giacomo, came to live the American Dream. He moved from Saviano, Italy to live in Long Island, New York. He met his wife and started a family, opening their first location in Long Island, New York, named Village Pizza. As business flourished, we moved to a larger location and changed the name to Alfieri Brothers’ Pizzeria. Again, we outgrew the size of the restaurant and relocated to a larger side of the center where we have remained since 1991. The following year, Saverio Alfieri decided to head south and expand the family business by opening a location in North Texas. Since then, Saverio and his two sons, Anthony and Giacomo, have managed to create one of Dallas/Ft. Worth’s best kept secrets. The Alfieri family has and will continue to serve authentic Italian recipes perfected by Grandma Alfieri herself.

Chamas do Brazil, which means “Flames of Brazil,” is an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse. Our special meat roasting method is based on the old gaucho tradition from several centuries ago, known as churrasco. Churrasco was originated in Southern Brazil, where Gauchos (Brazilian Cowboys) pierced different types of meat and grilled them over open flamed pits. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of beef, lamb, pork, and chicken to each diner individually right at their table. A meal typically begins with a trip to our amazing salad bar, which consist of over 60 different items of fresh vegetables, homemade dressings, imported cheeses, cured meat, and etc., along with several hot dishes. We also serve a selection of side dishes at your table. The main course will start when you flip your coaster-sized chip from the red side to the green side, signaling the Gaucho Chefs that you’re ready to be served. To stop the service of meat, flip the chip to the red side.

In 1983, after the success of La Calle Doce, Oscar and Laura Sanchez wanted to open another restaurant but they didn’t want to duplicate their previous success nor did they want to open just another Tex-Mex restaurant. Oscar wanted something that wasn’t found in Dallas, something that reminded him of home. Since both Oscar and Laura are from Monterrey, Nuevo Leon in Northern Mexico, they decided to open a restaurant that specialized in Comida Norteño (northern food) and Tex-Mex featuring dishes such as cabrito, mollejas, and asado de puerco. Today El Ranchito is known for it’s authentic Mexican food, freshly made tortillas and festive atmosphere where mariachis play daily. These elements – the food, the music and the friendly staff – have helped El Ranchito achieve it’s ultimate goal of creating an atmosphere where the customer feels as if they are back home in Monterrey.

Always a great time here! Definitely more packed than usual since it was Valentine’s Day but the servers and gauchos performed perfectly. Food was delicious as always and the meats were tasty.

Great atmosphere, excellent cuts of meat, very professional and attentive waiter. Very good experience overall. Just one thing to mention, it was my first time here and according to the website lunch costs around $30 and we went at noon. When we paid they charged us like a dinner and that's almost double. I asked the waiter and he told me that was the correct price but nowhere on the website or in the entry did he show that clarification, especially to have things clear from the beginning.

We have a favorite mexican restaurant we visit frequently and were wanting to try something different. We had visited El Ranchito many years ago in Dallas and had not tried the Arlington location. I'm so glad we stopped in! The service was great. The food was good and the mariachi bank was AMAZING! But wait, the margaritas!!! I'm usually tired of the taste after 1/2 of one.-not these!!! So delicious!!! I think we have found a new favorite restaurant!!!
