Counter service is from 11 am until 2 pm M-F and waiter service from 2 pm until closing. Wait service on the weekends. Guillermo's morphs into a relaxed casual five star service restaurant at 5 pm. We serve primarily Italian fare but do offer selected items that would be classified as non - Italian. All of our food attempts to culturally connect to San Antonio.
