Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman.     There is everything about this restaurant that is Top Drawer, 5-star!! The staff are excellent, from the front desk to the "bus" team. The food is exceptional, and never disappoints - we've been coming here for 9 years. The ambiance, ahh the ambiance; high class beyond your imagination! And what tops all of this is the exceptional, outstanding attention of our waiter "Joao" - you cannot find a more gracious, friendly host for your dining experience at the Venetian Chop House. It was my Italian lady's birthday and when he delivered the yummy tray of chocolate dessert decadence he sang Happy Birthday in Portuguese and Italian. Bravo!!

    Rosen Shingle Creeks Land Remembered Restaurant has to be one of the best we ever visited. It is a hidden gem! The restaurant is always excellent and well maintained. The atmosphere is awesome and the service absolutely excellent. I recommend this reastaurant to all my friends that visit the Orlando area and recommend that they ask for Simo the server we have had numerous times. The food is top notch. Chilian Sea Bass the best I ever had considering this is a steak house and known for the steaks they serve. You will not be disappointed.
