- SSherrivipWest Palm Beach •9 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoFood -service & ambience… excellent !! It was a night Bruno was off - yet great job Bruno and staff because the evening was seamless and delicious ! Wonderful unique menu crafted with fine ingredients made for a great meal. We had the beet burrata salad (perfection) - sweet potato hazelnut crusted scallops with the most delicious blueberry mustard glaze (wow) We also had the center cut NY Strip cooked to perfection! (Excellent ) A suggested bottle of Tuscan wine topped the night. Our waiter (Issac-i “think” was his name ) was professional yet personable and made our experience Sunday at 7:30 all we could have hoped for with his top notch service. Looking forward to many more great meals here.More infoLivelloPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Coral Springs•4.8

- CCharlesvipNew York City •111 reviews5.0Dined on 18 Nov 2024Our only disappointment with the restaurant was not having visited it sooner. Living in the neighborhood, we bypassed it many times before venturing out on a Monday night. To our amazement, the food, the ambiance and service were beyond expectations. Our server, Thomas, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His recommendation of a variation of our usual unfiltered sake was right on. Walking us through the menu, we selected the tuna tower, the Korean barbecue with rice, the grilled octopus and the crispy duck entre. All were excellent but the octopus and the duck were particularly noteworthy. Having worked in Turkey for many years, we can appreciate the correct way to tenderize and char grill octopus. Here, it was done to perfection. Likewise, the duck was crispy on the outside yet still moist on the inside after being sliced and quartered. The outside seating was not overcrowded like many similar venues, and the volume of the music did not preclude us from having strained conversations. While pricey by some Fort Lauderdale standards, it was well worth. Lastly, we were pleased that are open table reservation was promptly honored notwithstanding a busy restaurant.More infoCasa SenseiPrice: Moderate• Asian• Colee Hammock•4.6
- BGBarryGNew York City •45 reviews5.0Dined on 17 Nov 2024The Cook and the Cork is an interesting establishment. The menu is decidedly chef driven. But the ambience is that of a cozy , eclectic neighborhood haunt. We adore the outdoor seating, which allows the diner to think they are in an island setting and forget they are steps away from a paved parking lot in a strip shopping center. We have had successful meals consisting of an assortment of appetizers and entrees. Last night included the crispy beef "cigars" with Thai chili dip appetizer, followed by the braised lamb shank. Both were unsurprisingly wonderful. Don't forget to cap off your evening with the Key Lime pie.More infoThe Cook and The CorkPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Coral Springs•4.6
