- IIvyTampa / Central Florida West •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoService was great! Everyone was very welcoming and kind but the food was very memorable. The ambiance of the restaurant was so cozy and aesthetically pleasing. There is also a bar! They had daily specials and lunch specials. Complimentary garlic knots were so surprising and delicious. Their mozzarella wedges are a must have. Their pastas were huge portions, very filling and delicious. Their chicken soaks up the sauce of the food so well.Their food is made fresh in house so it was a little bit of a longer wait than I am used to but well worth. Will be back again!More infoScarpino's Classic ItalianPrice: Moderate• Italian• South Bradenton•4.6

- EElaineVIPTampa / Central Florida West •11 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoOcean Prime has wonderful food and service. Rebecca was awesome! It was our anniversary and we were greeted with a glass of complimentary champagne when we entered. We sat in the outside section that is covered and has screens, ceiling fans and heaters for all types of weather. I’m not sure how warm it would be on a warm summer evening, but it was perfect last night. The noise level where we were seated was fine, but as we left we noticed the noise inside was quite loud. There were alot of people at the bar which probably contributed to that. As a senior, I’m not sure sitting inside would be pleasant for those that may have difficulty hearing. Our view was good but they are beginning to construct a large condo building right next door to the restaurant. So I have concerns about the view while they continue to build and am unsure what it will look like when the construction is complete. And while everything was almost perfect, the price is also out of this world. For 2 people to have a couple of drinks, one appetizer, 2 mains with sides and 2 desserts, and parking, the price was almost $500 before tip. All that said, it was a wonderful anniversary dinner. Thank you Ocean Prime!More infoOcean Prime - SarasotaPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Sarasota•4.7
- GGeneTampa / Central Florida West •9 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoSeasons 52 is always one of our favorites for dependably delicious food with an eye toward healthy choices. The steaks were fantastic, as were the wood-grilled scallops. The mini-indulgences add the perfect bit of sweetness to the end. Service was impeccable. The wine prices seemed a little high to me, but maybe that's the norm these days. The "high energy environment" is a bit noisy for older people, so maybe try to get seated near the edges. Overall, still one of our favorites.More infoSeasons 52 - SarasotaPrice: Expensive• American• Sarasota•4.8
- CchristineVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •8 reviews5.0Dined on 29 Jan 2025We thoroughly enjoyed the special dinner and wine tasting at BPPK, featuring the fabulous wines from Diablo Paso. Enrique Torres, the award winning winemaker, was a delight to talk to. He shared his passion for the wines he produces in the Spanish tradition and explained what went into the creation of each of his unique wines. We especially loved his Max and Nico and the albariño. It was a wonderful evening and chef Pettersson paired his menu perfectly with the selections. These monthly wine events are a fantastic way to learn about interesting wineries and sample the chef’s always amazing cuisine. If you haven’t been to By Patrik Pettersson, you are missing a Sarasota culinary treasure.More infoBy Patrik Pettersson at KomposePrice: Expensive• Contemporary French / American• Sarasota•4.6
