Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Parma

This was our first time at Pier W. We were seated at the Booth facing Lake Erie and downtown Cleveland. They said that’s the best table in the restaurant. Our waitress went above and beyond our expectations as she was always asking if we need anything and always making sure everything is ok. The meal exceeded our expectations as the meal was so good. You have to try the buckeye torte. Out of this world. We will definitely be back.

My first time here, and my what a great surprise...I picked the day before Thanksgiving where they have a bunch of festivities going on!! Needless to day, I already have reservations for next year same day!! Outstanding food, servers, hostess....OMG!!!

The new appetizer sampler is phenomenal and a wonderful way for new guests to sample the most delicious appetizers on the menu. The new cocktail and mules, as well as several new entrees, were added to the menu 2 days before our arrival, and all of them were incredible. Their bourbon cart is a must try! None of us had room for dessert, but that just means that we will have to go back very soon to try them! Fahrenheit is THE BEST!!!

From the moment we stepped through the door, we were treated to impeccable service that made my wife's birthday celebration truly special. The manager, Tim, went above and beyond to ensure her birthday was memorable – he personally stopped by our table several times to check on us and even had a birthday card waiting at our table. His warm congratulations and attention to detail made my wife feel like a VIP on her special day. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between classic steakhouse elegance and warm intimacy. Our server, who demonstrated extensive knowledge of both the menu and wine list, helped us make excellent choices throughout the evening. We began with the classic Caesar salad, crisp and perfectly dressed with just the right hint of anchovy. For the main course, I opted for their signature bone-in ribeye, cooked to a perfect medium-rare, while the birthday girl chose the filet mignon. Both cuts were butter-tender and seasoned to perfection. The sides of creamed spinach and truffle mac & cheese complemented our steaks beautifully. Worth every penny for a special occasion like this. With Tim at the helm ensuring every detail is perfect, Delmonico's continues to set the standard for what a premium steakhouse experience should be. Professional restauranters are running this restaurant. This is old school service. Front end staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Managers are attentive. Bartender is a pro. Our apps (we had 4 I'm embarrassed to admit) were excellent. The crab app and the mushroom gnocchi app (available in bar) were outstanding. My entre (grouper) was very salty but I will give that a pass because everything else was excellent. If you are seeking an old school fine dining experience with knowledgeable and personable wait staff in Cleveland, it is basically down to Johnny's on Fulton and Blue Point. I put this place on a level with several first rate restaurants in Manhattan and Washington D.C.
