    I recently had the pleasure of dining at Carve American Grille in Austin, Texas, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The highlight of the meal was absolutely the scallop pasta—an exceptional dish that truly stood out. The scallops were perfectly seared, tender, and paired beautifully with a rich, flavorful pasta that was cooked to perfection. The balance of flavors, along with a touch of freshness from the herbs and vegetables, made each bite a delightful experience. What truly made our evening special, however, was the outstanding service. Our server went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of, especially making the birthday guest feel like royalty.     We went there for my birthday and they really made it special. The food and drinks were very good and they put a small Happy Birthday sign and ribbons on our table. Our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable about the food and drinks. He was very helpful recommending different items. And they gave us a free dessert. I think it's a great restaurant, especially for special occasions! The ambience is wonderful!

    We always love coming to the Salty Sow. We love the vibe and the eclectic menu as well as the awesome drinks! Jordan our server was great. Can’t go wrong with the deviled eggs, Brussels sprouts and duck fat fries for some shared appetizers! Rounded off with the filet, pork belly and beef shoulder. They have a great happy hour! Highly recommend
