Best Fun Restaurants in Westport

From seating to dessert, our experience is always superb. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the food is cooked to perfection, and the view is one of our favorites. Tonight, for a second time, Nate was our server and as previously experienced, he gave us great service.

The menu is limited but everything we had was absolutely delicious. You order food and drinks at the bar and they deliver to you. The staff was super friendly and fun to talk with.

We celebrated our son’s graduation from naval chaplaincy school here. Everything was wonderful! Our server was so friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. We had a corner table with a great view of the water. There were quite a few other groups in our area, so the noise level did rise a bit, but we could still have comfortable conversation. At the end of our meal, our server brought a card to our son, signed by the staff, congratulating him on his accomplishment! I definitely recommend The Mooring for any occasion!

We had reservations on a Monday night due to the high demand because of the Christmas Pop up. The restaurant was beautifully decorated. People were taking walking around the taking pictures throughout the restaurant. We were sat at our table right away. Our waitress was very nice. We started with Garlic Knots which we both liked. I had the Bolognese which I enjoyed very much. My girlfriend had the braised short ribs which she also enjoyed. If you can get reservations we both recommend it.

Wonderful experience-gorgeous! Service was lovely, homemade him and tonic was a nice highlight. Welcoming feel!
