Best Brunch Restaurants in Coral Bay

Food was excellent & our server Sherif was great too!

We’ve dined here many times since Sea Salt opened and it has never, ever disappointed us. The food is amazing; the service is stellar and the setting is beyond anything St Thomas or St John have to offer. You will not regret coming here.

We loved sitting outside on the patio to enjoy the great Caribbean breezes and would have appreciated hearing the sounds of nature as well. Our preference for music would have been something more relaxed than the fairly lively (reggae, afro Cuban types of selections more appropriate for a bar) than they were playing. That said the food was excellent, the steak tender and properly cooked, the chicken very well seasoned. The Brussels sprouts could have used more flavor, but the asparagus and the Brussels were cooked well. Our server was as nice as can be but the service was slow. We don’t know if they were understaffed or whether the problem was in the kitchen. Anyway it took quite a while for our drinks and food to arrive. Overall, we would definitely return.

We had the lamb shank and pork chop. They were both perfectly prepared and delicious! If you like a good old fashion you have to try their Caribbean version, the smoky rum old fashion. Service was great, and we can't wait to go back!

Excellent experience all around. Beautiful beach setting. Rolling surf. Great food. Friendly staff. Worth every penny
