Menus change every four to six weeks. Please note we are currently card-only and unable to accept cash. A new, growing-led “British Tapas” restaurant from the teams behind Chef's Table and Growing @Field 28. The menu features an inventive and daily-changing selection of vegetarian, vegan, meat, fish and game plates, each dish is crafted from Field 28's daily harvest of pesticide and biocide-free heritage produce and specialist leaf, served alongside a selection of hand-crafted cordials, cocktails and wines.     Wow the Sunday roast was fabulous with extra gravy too! One of the best roasts out I've had... Pink soft beef and plenty of it. 10/10 for the crispy yet fluffy roast potatoes too! The Thai mussels are delicious with Bread and a spoon for the tasty juice. ... the mussels were plump and tasty... Couldn't fault the meal in any way. The hosts Duncan and Sheila are a joy taking time to chat to us and all the diners to give that extra special experience....The waiting on staff are a credit and clearly the kitchen works! I will tell everyone about this jewel of a restaurant in Chester. We'll be back ! Thank you
