Great calm atmosphere Great surroundings Great Service The Ganache was outstanding Tea presented and served beautifully Food - perfect portions and very appetising I have been for many teas in London and beyond and would say that this is one of the best.

Excellent, attentive service. They were also very accommodating to a variety of dietary requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. I notified them at the time of the booking, and they confirmed the requirements two days before. The food was excellent. We had several rounds of savouries and scones. I have experienced several London afternoon teas, and I would recommend Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. We celebrated my 50th birthday, so don't worry if it is an adult-only booking.

All of the food lovely. Often with an afternoon tea one of the parts is disappointing but not with this one. Service friendly, and attentive without being smothering and very polite. Don’t be put off by the outside of the building - inside is lovely. Just excellent. Would recommend.
