In the Royal Lancaster Hotel, the Nipa Thai restaurant has been named after the original Nipa Restaurant in the Landmark Hotel in Bangkok. Lots of teak panelling, traditional Thai furnishings and artefacts lend an authentic air. All the staff dressed in traditional Thai costume are from Thailand - even the lady chefs. This authentic Thai restaurant is one of the first 15 recipients of the 'Thai Select' award - this award has been described as being the first ever Michelin-style award for Thai restaurants proven to be performing to the highest standards of quality and cuisine, and is awarded by the Thai Government.     A great evening in Valentines. Service was very good. Menu explained and felt comfortable. Decor and setting excellent for a romantic dinner. Would gave gift. 5 star however, the main which we had the Seabass wasn’t as good as the starters. Overall lovely place for a dinner with your partner

    This was the perfect lunch on my own. The restaurant is in a lo went house just off Kings Road. It is beautifully decorated, and very welcoming. There are many seating options at busier times, but the small front room was perfect for dining alone. The food was divine. It was truly beautiful and the complex flavors were extraordinary. I was over the moon with delicate at discovering this place. Dinner must be amazing.

    We really enjoyed our experience there and will go back next time we're in London. The Crackling Spinach was absolutely outstanding and one of the best vegetable dishes I've ever had. My obnly regret is that we didn't try more items on the menu, but we were so full we just couldn't eat another bite. The service was excellent and we felt very appreciated.
