- JJonathanOxford/Oxfordshire •8 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoLovely table. Fish soup and kidneys very nice - fish soup could have been a little thinner and kidneys a little more tender. Main course Sole and lamb both very nice. Lamb dish served a bit cold but quickly resolved with a salamander heat up. An unexpected glass of wine given with No1’s apologies. Appreciated. Fabulous crème brûlée! Lovely ambience and service. Will be back again ! Thank you No1.More infoNo1 Ship StreetPrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• Oxford•4.7
- PPaulOxford/Oxfordshire •10 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoAs always a very pleasant experience, I liked the choices on the fixed menu, I would have loved my favourite oysters but at £4.10 each I decided against! Staff friendly and helpful as usual.More infoQuod Restaurant & BarPrice: Expensive• European• Oxford•4.6

- AAnonBedfordshire •25 reviews5.0Dined on 21 Jun 2024The food was amazing; we all had different dishes (mains and desserts) and were very impressed with the taste, quality of ingredients and the presentation. We got complimentary bread and butter at the start, which was a nice touch. The venue has character and is a charming old building. Our server was brilliant, especially considering her very young age - she was friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the menu. The village of Buckland is beautiful - we went for a walk after lunch. I would highly recommend making a visit here.More infoThe Lamb at BucklandPrice: Expensive• British• Buckland Marsh•4.4
