Had cravings of a good Nasi Lemak, and was not disappointed. Quite flavourful and enjoyable. The portions were generous. I also ordered the crispy tofu, but this one was on the bland side. Luckily, I was able to request some dipping sauce that improved it. The main waiter had an stern look, but he was really paying attending to detail, and the service was second to none.

We had an amazing meal on Saturday night in the restaurant area and enjoyed a drink at the bar after. All three courses were delicious, well presented and fresh. The service was flawless - we were met with smiles from every member of staff we encountered. The vibe of the Princess Royal was the exact thing we were after for a festive celebration. Would 100% come back again and recommend to friends! Thank you ☺️

Great dinner experience. Food and service was fantastic. Would definitely eat dinner there again. What I did not enjoy was breakfast the next day. When we walked in for the included breakfast we had the host approach us in front of everyone and tell us we had to pay for breakfast. She kept pointing to 2 menus she was holding and not listening. Tried to explain we were told we had to pay if we wanted the English breakfast but the buffet was included. When we told the host this she did not want to hear it and proceeded to say we had to pay. We finally were able to sit down after a lengthy conversation where everyone was now staring at us. I then watched 3 more parties arrive after us and she did not put them through that process. I’m not sure why she felt the need to embarrass us like she did but it truly tainted our experience after having the best dinner and service the night before.
