- VVivVIPLondon •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWe were a large party of 14 and the staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. With all the extras we ordered, clearing away and dealing with the variety of drinks orders. All with smiles on their faces. But on top of the great service from the moment we all arrived, the food was excellent! Very large plates full of roast dinners. All the extras of stuffing, gravy jugs and cauliflower cheese and not one part of our order was wrong and everything on the menu available. Once we also came to pay and leave they were still very accommodating and chatty and they made us all feel extremely welcome. Would highly recommend.More infoThe Sword Inn HandPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Buntingford•4.8
- DDavidLondon •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThe grantchester green man is fantastic. Service was so attentive and warm, the interior is beautiful with plenty space between tables even allowing extra room for the dog, who was made to feel very welcome. My daughter had the pork roast which looked and smelled fantastic. I ordered a burger and chips and was slightly disappointed by the presentation. The desert was outstanding, really recommend the sticky toffee pudding. Getting in early is a must as there is very little parking. Minor quibbles aside I would love to go back and try the garden area.More infoThe Grantchester Green ManPrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• Cambridge•4.6
- JJillHertfordshire •22 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoAnother great meal at the Kite. Service was excellent and it wasn't too noisy as most tables were occupied by couples. We had starters of mussels, arancini and cauliflower croquettes, followed by short rib pie with decadent clotted cream mash, and bavette. Deserts of Rhubarb crumble to finish. All excellent. only small criticism, the black garlic aioli wasn't black and tasted a bit too vinegary and not of garlic. our son recommended the Sunday lunch to a friend who said it was great too. We look forward to our next visit!More infoKite at The Red HartPrice: Expensive• British• Hitchin•4.7
