Good table with plenty of room for 2. Our waitress was lovely although the supervisor was less friendly. Food was great , service almost too efficient except drinks service which was a bit slow. Good atmosphere for a rainy Sunday evening

I only discovered this restaurant the night before we visited on Friday 22 November. The weather was very cold but the online images and reviews were very warm! Our overall experience was well worth the 35 mile round trip! From start to finish everything was exceptional! Even the background music was to our taste and at a perfect level. We will definitely be returning and thoroughly recommend this local gem.

Thoroughly enjoyable! We had the two course set menu for about £20. Plenty of choice. I had the Spiced Lamb Flatbread which was delicious followed by the Plum Crumble with Ice Cream. The hazelnuts in the crumble mix were lovely!

Always good, always good value. The only problem is trying to understand the complexities of the lunchtime menus and the various pricing options.
