We pride ourselves on using local suppliers for all our food. The fish people supply our fresh seafood daily. Our bread comes from Soja bakehouse, a family owned bakery in Cumbernauld. Our meat comes from ABR butchers, based in Bearsden. Our executive chef, Christopher Hutchison, creates amazing, innovative dishes to be enjoyed and shared with friends and loved ones.
