- LLorraineLondon •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoAbsolutely delicious!! We had the Valentine’s menu, my partner had the French onion soup, I had the mushroom pate followed by the root veg and halloumi pie and I had the catch of the day, a seabass filet with crispy skin (not a single bone), perfectly al dente vegetables and a rich, smooth Hollandaise sauce. The New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc was fresh and zingy and the complimentary rose with chocolates was such a lovely gesture. We had our furry little boy with us too, who was given a yummy dog treat and we were given a table that had enough space so that we could tuck him away. We finished with the lemon cheesecake and the brownie. Both were light, tasty (& the brownie was gorgeously crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside, super indulgent) and the perfect way to finish a fantastic meal. Thank you to both the front of house and kitchen teams, a truly lovely evening.More infoSnowdrop InnPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Haywards Heath•4.3
- VVictoriaEast Sussex •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWarm and welcoming, we were sat on a table for two, however due to our order which had a large sharing platter were asked if we wished to be moved to a larger table which we gladly accepted as it was next to the open fire. Whilst the chateaubriand was tender, had a beautiful crust it was cooked medium rare rather than rare. It was however eaten and very much enjoyed. Staff were exceptionally pleasant keeping us updated at all times, without the feeling that our evening was continuously being interrupted. Good service, good food, (the best company) all adds up to a great evening.More infoThe White HartPrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• Uckfield•4.6
- RRBrighton •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoWonderful dinner at Fork, fully lived up to all expectations and reviews we had already seen online. Questions we had about some of the ingredients were fully listened to and one of the chefs even came over to our table to give us a breakdown and some alternatives which was greatly appreciated. My only feedback is that we found the breakdown on our final tab a little confusing to understand as one of our party had 3x courses and the other only a main, but it was fine, just felt it could have been communicated clearer.More infoFork LewesPrice: Very Expensive• British• Lewes•4.6

A great place which lived up to our memories of previous visits.More infoThe Cat InnPrice: Moderate• Contemporary British• East Grinstead•4.9
- HHilaryWest Sussex •1 review5.0Dined on 9 Feb 2025Attended The Farmers for Sunday lunch. We enjoyed the Roast Dinner, my son enjoying the “All 3 roasts for an extra £2.50”. The Yorkshire puddings were huge! My husbands roast beef was a little tough. I thoroughly enjoyed my dessert of salted caramel sticky toffee pudding 😋. Our two whippets were made a fuss of by staff and guests, and had plenty of room to relax under the table.More infoThe farmersPrice: Moderate• British• Haywards Heath•4.5
