What a lovely and surprising find. We were shown to out table straight away. Food was beautiful and excellent value for money. Although there several diners it wasn't noisy. Service was prompt without being intrusive.

Fantastic food and service! Very intimate and cozy place that offers chef’s tasting menu. The chef was very gracious in accommodating my gluten intolerance with all the dishes. This is our favorite restaurant in Ludlow and we try to come much as possible. .

It was amazing, people are friendly and warm welcoming. We were served by Shahid and he is a real gentleman. It was our marriage Anniversary and they even celebrated that at last, which was a very nice gesture! Had been in this place before and experiences are always nice!

Walking in gave us a warm and welcoming feeling. All the personal was extremely polote, food was impecabile, facilities clean. Simply perfect.

This was our first visit to the Lion and we had booked for Sunday lunch. Whilst the quality of the food was very good one slice of meat didn’t quite just justify £22 in our opinion. Overall the service was good, it was a busy restaurant and the staff you could see were working hard. The rest of the meal was good and we intend to visit again.
